2026 Season Reminders

First practice for all swimmers: Tuesday May 26th

Gate Entry: swim team swimmers without a key fob should enter the pool through the open gate near the diving board. The main gate will remain locked and will still require a key fob for access.

Safety First: Water safety is our top priority. Swimmers should remain out of the pool before practice starts, especially if there is no lifeguard on the stand. Please remind your swimmer to wait for the coach’s instruction before entering the water.

Supervision Required: Swimmers aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. While many adults are usually present on the pool deck, if you need to step away, be sure to ask another adult to watch your swimmer during your absence.

Chenoweth HOA Bylaws: After swim practice ends, non-residents must be guests of a current Chenoweth resident in order to remain at the pool. Please plan accordingly.

Weather Policy

As long as there is no thunder or lightning AND we are able to see the bottom of the pool, we will have practice as normal. In the event that one of these occurrences happens while kids are at the pool, the pool will be cleared and depending on the severity, we will wait 30 minutes before returning to the pool (if time permits). *If the weather looks unstable prior to the start of practice, we will send out communication to let you know to that practice is canceled for the day.
